Jasmine Bennings

Chairman of the Board

With over 6 years of experience as a Certified Treasury Professional, Jasmine is the Product Manager for the PNC Bank Treasury Management team. In addition to her role as Board Chair at the Door Campaign, she serves as the President of the Young Professional Advisory Committee (YPAC) of the Extra Mile Education Foundation, is a member of the ScoutReach Board for the Laurel Highlands Council of Boy Scouts of America and is an active member of the Go Red for Women committee of the American Heart Association.


Simone Quinerly


Dedicated to becoming a guru in the financial sector so that she can teach others to manage and obtain wealth, Simone is the owner and chief consultant at Quinerly Financial Group. She is also an active member of the Leadership Development Initiative (LDI)- Class XXIII, where she serves on the steering committee and leads the finance committee and board member for 5A Elite Youth Empowerment. Graduating from Pittsburgh Schenley in 2008, she earned a bachelor’s degree in financial services and accounting from Edinboro University. While at Edinboro, she received the President’s Award for dedicated leadership service.  She was only the second African-American woman to be elected student government president, managing a $1.8 million budget and helping in the expansion of the university.


Caleb Turner

Chair of Nominations

A recent transplant to the Pittsburgh area, Caleb is an attorney at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP, with over 10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, regulatory defense and white-collar criminal defense. Before moving to Pittsburgh, Caleb worked at a multinational law firm in New York. Over the course of his legal career, Caleb has regularly provided pro bono legal services to women and children. A Vermont native, he is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Virginia School of Law.  



Sunanna Chand

Chair of Development

Sunanna is an ever-curious connector with years of experience in network leadership. As Learning Innovation Strategist for Remake Learning, she works to expand the capacity of educators in- and out-of-school to create, build, imagine, and wonder, so that they can design remarkable learning experiences for all youth. Sunanna has 10 years of experience in the field of education and earned an M.Ed in International Education Policy & Management from Vanderbilt University.



Ryan Scott


As a native of the greater Pittsburgh area, Ryan is no stranger to the culture of the city and strives to assist the youth of this community to reach their full potential through his lifelong devotion to education. He is the Senior Program Director of Education Initiatives at the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh & Co-Director for the Black Male and Female Leadership Development Institutes (BMLDI), a program of the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh and Robert Morris University, and (BFLDI) a program of the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh and The Pennsylvania State University Greater Allegheny Campus.  His work provides resources and gives advice and youth development to more than 800 students in the region.
